Greetings 308 Families,
I am excited to tell you we are officially in the ORANGE! This is the first time since October 7. This is different from what I sent out late yesterday. We received updated data this morning from the Reno County Health Department. Additionally, the hospital reports only 6 COVID patients at this time. Positive COVID-19 cases are now frequently in the single digits each day. If the current trend continues, it is possible we may be back in the yellow in the next couple of weeks, as well. Definitely some great news.
I want to state again this Monday is a remote learning day. Additional weather-related decisions will be made likely on Sunday afternoon, once the snow picture becomes clearer. In question right now is whether to declare a snow day for Monday and what the weather will dictate we need to do for Tuesday.
