Event PosterOn April 14th, Jacob Stanley, a 2017 graduate of Hutchinson High School, is hosting the Second Annual Light Up the Night for Parkinson’s Disease Awareness 5K. The 5K is being held at the Don Michael track on 17th street and will start at 7:30 p.m. This non competitive 5K run/walk is a glow run, meaning that all participants will be given glow sticks. The glow sticks are meant to symbolize the participants lighting up a path to a new discovery in Parkinson’s Disease research. Light Up the Night For Parkinson’s Disease is a 100% charitable 5K. All proceeds are being donated to the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
